Procedure of Application for EMSA Membership To apply for the EMSA membership, you have to fill in the application form, which can be downloaded from this webpage and send it to the current EMSA Secretary General ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ). In addition, the EEB also needs statutes of your to-be-found-FMO (Faculty Member Organisation). Your application form and statutes will then be checked by the EMSA European Board, which will take a few days. Afterwards, you will receive a notifying email about their decision concerning your pending membership application. After being accepted by the EMSA European Board, it will be your task to pay the yearly membership fee for EMSA, which is €120 per faculty and an additional registration fee of €50. As soon as the money is on the EMSA bank account the Secretary General will confirm your membership application as completed and welcome you as new EMSA member. Download EMSA application form 2011
Rights of EMSA members
1. EMSA members can use the name of EMSA. 2. EMSA members can send 2 representatives to vote at the EMSA General Assembly. 3. EMSA members can organise and participate in EMSA activities. 4. EMSA members have access to all EMSA information networks and EMSA publications. 5. EMSA members can benefit of any privileges granted to Faculty Member Organisations by any third party.
Duties for EMSA members
1. EMSA FMO's have to pay the annual membership fee for the upcoming year before 31 October of the current year. 2. EMSA FMO's will submit their annual activities report to the EMSA European Board 2 weeks prior to the EMSA General Assembly. 3. EMSA FMO's shall not have any debt towards EMSA Europe. |
