In collaboration with 15 other European Youth organisations, EMSA will organise a Leadership Summerschool to help student leaders to develop their skills by using non-formal education methods.

This course provides information on how to improve,innovate, change certain aspects of the student organisations, by facilitating the creation of expertise in the field of leadership. With a practical approach and case studies, we will try to work towards concrete ideas to improve internal leadership infrastructure of our organisations by exchange of best practices, All trainings designed for this Leadership Summer School will be online available for student organisations around Europe and users will be encouraged to improve and update this training resource. Furthermore, this opportunity could be used for teambuilding and improvement of collaboration between other student organisations.
